The Madison Review accepts submissions of poetry and fiction of all different styles and genres. Guidelines for submissions are as follows:

* Manuscripts must be typed, previously unpublished material.
* Please include a cover-letter complete with your contact information.
* Submissions must include a self addressed stamped envelope.

* All submissions should be sent to:
o The Madison Review
o (Attention: Poetry or Fiction Editor)
o University of Wisconsin-Madison

o Madison, WI. 53706

* The Madison Review prints two issues a year, with its black and white issue appearing in the fall and a color issue appearing in the spring. When submitting art to The Madison Review please follow the following guidelines:
o Mail sample images in JPEG format on a CD to the above address. Please note that these should be samples; if selected, high resolution images will be requested on a later date.
o Do not send original copies of your work as we will not return CD samples unless you request that we do so (see below).
o Please include a cover-letter complete with your contact information.
o Submissions must include a self addressed stamped envelope for our reply. We will not return your CD sample to you unless you specifically request such action and supply us with the proper postage and packaging for such action.
