Regional Admin Assistant

(Balikpapan, Manado, Makassar & Samarinda based)

Requirement for Regional Assistant:

· Male/Female below 30 years old

· Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Management or equivalent with at least 1 year related working experience.

· Willing to work at Baikpapan/Samarinda/Manado/Makassar.

· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

· Proficient in English.

· Strong service orientation, high work efficiency and good management skills

· Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.



Responsibilities for Regional assistant:

· Support to prepare and maintain the availability of the tools/fixed assets/Stationary requirement for Regional Office Activities.

· Support to provide (purchase, rental, borrow) the new required tools/fixed assets/Stationary/Car for Regional Office Activities.

· Arrange transportation, travel requirement and accommodation/ hotel reservation for employees who come to region or travel to another region.

· Handle residence management, such as electricity payment, rent house payment, water payment and servant for regional office.

· Handle for Regional Spare Parts and Logistics management ;

· Manage Inventory management for region warehouse and spare parts warehouse

· Regional Spare Parts Inventory Management and Reporting, include tracking, investigating any asset loss and identify required quantity of Spare part ;



NETWORK MONITORING Engineer

(Jakarta Based)

Requirement for network monitoring engineer:

· Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 1 year experiences in mobile/consumer/wireless industry

· Requires proven technical network monitoring and related tools.

· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

· Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.



Responsibilities for network monitoring engineer：

· NOC Surveillance Initiated Fault Reporting;

· 7x24x365 NOC Surveillance;

· Tier 1 Surveillance – Network Operation Centre;

· Escalation for Problem resolution;

· Network Event Severity Level Identification (Critical, Major, Minor and Informational);

· Detect the alarmsfrom the OMC 7x24 , and dispatch the alarms to the Regional Network Engineer team and FLM team technician on spot to resolve .

· Input the alarms into the Trouble ticket system under the guideance of the E-OMS Engineer.

· Monitoring the whole process of the tickets items ,and close the alarms within the SLA.

· Reminding the FLM Engineers of solving the problems according to the different level alarms ;

· Submiting the daily maintenance report to E-OMS Engineer and Network Monitoring team leader;

· Escalate the alarms to Expert in NOC in time of the problems can not be solved by Regional Network Engineer team and FLM team member on spot to resolve,

· Escalate the alarms to Expert from RCSC and GCSC of the problems which can not be solved by Regional Network Engineer team and FLM team member on spot to resolve.





GSM Network Peformance & Optimization Engineer:

(Jakarta & Balikpapan Based)

Requirement for performance engineer:

· Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/ Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 1 year experiences in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.

· Requires proven technical performance and related tools.

· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

· Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.



Responsibilities for performance engineer：

· Performance Reporting (Daily, Weekly & Monthly);

· Tier 2 NOC Based RF Performance Monitoring and Optimization;

· Performance Management - Performance Monitoring and Capacity Monitoring;

· Estimate future development and provide network plan to meet traffic capacity requirements

· Study system parameter and optimize them for better system performance

· Network Performance and Capacity Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis;

· Propose Recommendation for Network Performance;

· Performance Assessment and optimization;

· Assist Budgeting and Forecasting Network Expansion and Operations;

· Assist with the Network Monitoring Engineer to monitor the network Performance;

· Submit the Abnormal performance report to RF Planning and optimization Engineer.

· Monitor Network Utilization and Propose Recommendation for Capacity Solution.





Junior Technical Support Engineer (BSS – Power Genset)

Requirement for TSE-BSS:

* Bachelor in Electrical/Telecommunication with at least 2 year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
* Requires proven technical BTS, BSC, commissioning, testing and related tools.
* Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
* Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
* Willing to work in Makassar

Responsibilities for JTSE-BSS:

* Responsible for BSC and BTS System related equipment maintenance;
* Assist to Initial Correction for NOC Surveillance Initiated Fault;
* New BSC / BTS / Transmission Site Acceptance on Behave of Customer;
* Fault Prioritizing, Diagnosis/Resolution;
* Acceptance Prior to Release into Commercial Network;
* Other Services – Acceptance Tests and Other Services;
* Technical support to the Transmission fault diagnosis with the Subcon Maintenance team;
* Escalate the faults to NOC which can not be solved on the spot;
* Receive the BSS initial faultS information from NOC monitoring Engineers and monitor Subcon maintenance team’s fault diagnosis process.

Requirement for JTSE-Power:

· Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 2 year experiences in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.

· Requires proven technical performance and related tools.

· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

· Proficiency in English is a must.

· Good communication skills and able to work in a team, well organized.

· Able to work under pressure.



Responsibilitiesfor JTSE-Power：

· Diagnosing problems and confirming the problem is fixed.

· Provide Engineering technical support for Power Generator Maintenance Project.

· Provide the research management for power generator maintenance requirement.

· Develop technical competencies for power generator solution





MICROWAVE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Requirement for Microwave support engineer:



· Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/ Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 3 year experiences in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.

· Strong technical knowledge both in microwave elements and microwave equipment.

· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

· Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Able to work under pressure.

· Proactive, responsible and well organized.



Responsibilities for Microwave support engineer:



· Provide engineering technical support for microwave transmission maintenance project.

· Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.

· Provide high level technical training to customer and commissioning workers

Develop technical competencies for transmission solution daily maintenance and provide technical support to regional maintenance team.



Administration Assitant

Requirement



1. Education: min. Diploma (D-3) Degree major in administration, management or related discipline.

2. Basic:

· Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill

· Mandarin language active for read & write.

3. General:

· Strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility.

· Excellent ability to analyze, judge and coordinate among departments.
